Spring Plant Care

Spring Plant Care- Plant Fertilizing, Pruning & Trimming: All shrubbery & plants.

Spring Cleanup

Spring Clean Up: Removal of all plant & tree debris on landscaped property (leaves, pine needles, sticks). There may be a charge for mowing if the grass is long and it requires cutting.

(SCU special instructions i.e.- blow debris into woods and spread out evenly, haul debris out, or combination)

Spring Cleanup Roof & Gutter

Roof & Gutter Cleaning: (done in conjunction with Clean Up) *does not include removing gutter guards

Sprinkler System Startup & Blow Out/Winterize:

Spring- Inspect equipment to ensure it is adjusted and functioning correctly, repairs made on site as needed. Fall- Blow out system, drain pump, etc. in preparation for winter *Prices may vary for large systems

$200 Lake Pump (Please list location of where pump is stored etc).

$165 Well Pump (Please list any codes/ key instructions for technician).

Beach Dragging

Beach Dragging (for large beaches) Beach dragging every 2 weeks. Starts the week before memorial weekend and goes through Labor Day weekend.

Structure Pest Spray

Structure Pest Spray: Sprayed on buildings & structures to prevent build-up of cobwebs, carpenter ants, spiders, & other insects – 2 treatments per year (Spring & Mid-Summer application).

Mulch

Mulch Top Dress: 2” fresh mulch & pulling any weeds that are present – Snapshot herbicide applied to prevent weeds. Choose color below

Mulch Colorant/Dye: We now offer a Dye Application for already mulched areas, (sprayed on to enhance color) only available in Mink (chocolate brown color).

Dethatching Lawn & Microbial Aeration C20:

Dethatching Lawn & Microbial Aeration C20: Spring service: Removal of dead grass with tine rake; includes one mowing & bagging – apply C20- provides consumable carbon source to promote microbial activity in your lawn

Lawn Treatment Services

Phos-free Fertilizer & Weed Spraying: Fertilizing & weed spraying for all lawn areas 4 treatments per year.

Roundup vegetation killer: For landscaped areas that grow unwanted weeds & grasses – 4 treatments per year.

Snapshot/Preen/Barricade: Granular product applied to planting & landscaping beds to prevent germination of weeds & grasses – 2 treatments per year.

Crab Grass / Yellow Grass Spraying: Post emergent spraying to treat Crab Grass and other Yellow Grasses.

Deer & Rabbit Repellant Spray: Sprayed on all flowering plants, shrubbery & evergreens – 4 treatments per year.

Mosquito & Tick Spraying: 4 treatments per year.

Winterizer Lawn Treatment: Lime and nutrient loaded fertilizer to promote root growth and overall lawn health.

Pressure Washing

Pressure Washing Exteriors: Professional pressure washing includes soap scrubbing and rinsing of buildings, under eaves, doorways, windows & decks.

Roof Cleaning / Roof Treatment: Safely removes mold, moss, lichen, and black residue.

Window Washing:

Exterior Windows – Completed after pollen season.

Interior Windows – We will contact you to schedule a time to complete this interior service.

Turf Repair

Turf Repair & Renovation Package: Fall service Aug 15-Sept 15 for best results: This service may include a combination of the following – Spot treating lawn as needed with black dirt, seed, and Ultra Nu-Straw, Overseeding lawn areas with high quality lawn seed mixed for different sun light condition- sunny , shady, wet, dry , irrigated , non-irrigated, applying C20 soil builder- improves soil structure and Nutrient Availability, applying Bio Starter Plus – Organically Based Starter

Winter Deer Pro Spraying

Winter- Deer ProⓇ Spraying: For Trees & Shrubs, long lasting winter formula
